Greetings
I was cancelled the order 1399 in amzon and payment dine by paytm debit card. I got refund from Amazon Rs. 1399. Amzon successfully processed the refund amount and they give me refund reference number.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Payment bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no pending amount from amazon.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice .
