Dear sir /madam,
I transferred my amount of 13000 from my Axis bank to ICICI Bank. Unfortunately one digit mismatch it’s gone in wrong beneficiary account on dated 23rd May 2019.
After following online & offline both banks those not give satisfactory response after 106 days.
Customer is not contactable by phone, email or address.he not operating that account from 8-9 months.
Please look into the matter to return my amount.
