I’ve reserved a ticket for two people from Bangalore to Guwahati for February 6, 2023. The ticket was booked on December 23, 2022 (and it cost Rs 11018 in total), but I received an email after 15 minutes saying that the booking had been aborted and that the payment would be reversed in the same mode. However, despite numerous phone calls and emails, no refund has been initiated. So, could you please assist me by looking into this matter and obtaining the refund?
