On December 23rd, 2022, I bought my ticket through Varafi flight booking. The reservation was cancelled, and the money was not refunded. When I emailed them, they did not respond, and their customer service is also fraudulent. They are liars who stole my money. I request that the relevant authorities investigate and refund my money; I have attached the ticket as well.
The booking amount was INR 11018, and the date of travel was February 6, 2023. I have yet to receive my refund amount of INR 11018.
