I have purchased a mobile phone on 28th sept 2020 and that was one -day delivery but i didn’t got delivery then i asked to cancel my product and asked for refund on 2nd October 2020. By having 100’s of call from customer care they keep on telling call after 1 hour or we will call you back or refund is initiated or call on morning 9:30 or call on evening and even asking to wait for 2-3 working days during many calls and i have waited.
Even though i have several email communication from them with date and maximum time to resolve the issue but yet it didn’t resolved.
Today again i called they are asking 5-7 more working days they need.
Its already been 35 days since they have blocked my money
