Sir i have recharged through Paytm for my Tata sky for a sum of 248 on 13th of January but transaction failed. I recharged again by mistake for a sum if 249.Then finally both the amount got deducted from my account. But only 248 is in use. The 249 amount is not refunded to my account till date. Kindly do the needfull. Thanking you.
