I had placed an order dated 12’th August and my money got deducted from my account, after 3 days you had informed me that your order got cancelled and amount refunded to me. I had a query if you don’t have the product why are you accept prepaid order and my money got stuck for a long week. Who is responsible for this?
Please suggest me if I had to go in consumer Court to sue for your poor service and cheating people.
