I have booked air ticket from Bengaluru to Bhopal for 25 Jan, 2022 ,on dated 29 Sep, 2021 with reference no REF329878246 and an amount of Rs 7027 was deducted from my Account but PNR was not confirmed and they later that sent a mail to me that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and Amount Rs 7027 will be credited in my account with in 7to 10days. It is been 2 months now but amount is not refunded back to my account. Now every time when we are calling and contacting them via email they are repeating the same thing (due to some issue they could not complete my refund process) and asking again to wait for 07-10 working days. It seems like Travolook is fraud company who cheats the customers and enjoying their hard earn money. Please help me to get my money back.
