My name is Ajith .I have booked one ticket from Trivandrum to New Delhi on 17 th of August ,2021.Travel date 27 Aug,2021.Amount(9744.00) deducted from my account. I called to customer care at that time itself they informed me to wait for 7 to 15 working days for the refund of the amount. After 15 days also if am calling to their concerned department they were giving the same information to wait for 5 or 7 working days .Till now amount not credited to my account.
