Dear Sir,

I would like to raise a complaint against amazon.  I have ordered 1 monitor brand name Foxin on March 2020. The product delivered on March 20th then due to product was wrong I have given a return request on the same day itself. I got a message to my mobile number starting that executive will come and collect the product on March 21st between 07.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs. Person also came and collected the product from us by 10.30 in the morning. After that lockdown started so we also awaited for a long period of months but so far we dont know the status of the product. The monitor costs Rs 2921/- paid. We tried many of the customer care nos as well Toll free numbers but there is no proper response at all. Again I moved to next step by visiting the Amazon office near virugambakkam chennai from there I met a Staff and told all about my issues but they have also didn’t given any feedback. Easily told to contact customer services and that staff clearly told we are helpless in this. Till today I tried all but no use. That’s y am raising a complaint atleast I will get some information through this. I have only proof return tracking ID and the CCTV  footage of the person collected.
