Faced an issue on the myjio app while using my debit card to purchase a starter pack of ₹349. Tried again and faced the same issue. The amount was deducted twice (₹349 + ₹349) from my account. However, only 1 pack shows on the app. I have been calling their customer care for a few days now and have been getting no support on when I would get my refund for ₹349 that was an unsuccessful transaction at their end. (It is allowing me to only attach 1 image)
