I had ordered a product from Flipkart on 03rd May 2023 but had to cancel it due to delivery dates- product was cancelled on 03rd May 2023 and had marked as refund processed.
I raised complaint on 09th May 2023 that redund NOT credited. They marked it resolved while amount not yet credited.
While talking to customer care they have no idea why it’s marked as resolved and they just reopened it. Such thing happened 2 times and my money is not refunded.
Please refund my amount at the earliest.
