I tried to book zoom car on 17 th june and payment was successful and 3037 rupees was deducted from my bank account.But car was not booked and it got concelled automatically.Again have tried another car it was booked ,but deposit amount 1499 rupees doesn’t refunded and payment was done on netbanking.So,total 4536 rupees have to refund .Number of request raised to zoom support service,But no response to me. It is total irresponsible and need to take action immediatly and need my amount back .Please assist on this.
