Text of Complaint by Mona Kumari:

I booked air ticket from a website named Travolook  (URL – https://www.travolook.in/) on 7th March 2021. My booking was cancelled and reason was given as “fare difference”. I was told by the customer care representative that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazette holiday).. It’s more than 15 days as of now excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazette holiday, but I’m still waiting to get my money back.

Many people are facing similar issues like me and their amount has not been refunded to them.

I want to bring this matter to the attention of regulators and other law enforcing agencies so that appropriate action is taken.
