On 27 th June, I made an order by making payment on clubfactory app. Further to the ban, the application got dysfunctional and the pending orders got frozen without any intimation to the customer. I lodged many complaints by writing mails to cf to get the refund. I never received received any revert at least as a courtesy to the customer who made an advance payment. After a month on 26 th July I received a call from the clubfactory (contact no. 8927022719) introduced as Mr. Rahul Sharma. He insisted that the refund could only be made using phonepe since the ban is imposed by the govt in operating the clubfactory app. Though I questioned the authenticity, He assertively said that If I did not initiate the refund by then, I would be loosing the amount .He further confirmed that I could no longer lodge any escalation due to the ban. During the call he told me to add fake upi id with my phone number@RBL in phonepe. I entered it since that is my contact number. After which I found that fraudulently the amount was transferred from my linked bank account using the fake upi id. Instead of crediting my account my account got debited. He disconnected the call. I lodged a complaint with phonepe and cyber police as well. I strongly believe club factory is solely responsible for this fraud since they never responded to my email and facilitated a fraud call by leaking the customers data and looted money by committing fraud. It is a criminal offense by them during this crisis.I have lost the money both the ways. I need the compensation from them. Need justice.
