I have booked ticket on 21may 2021 from Mumbai to Nagpur in travolook.in they cancelled my ticket said due to technical issue your ticket has been cancelled and my amount(RS.12179) will be refund in next 10-15 working days. But still I didn’t received the refund, every time I call to customer care they said you will received in next 10-15 working days. Now there customer care start cutting my call and my amount is stuck.
