1st July 2022 I joined “Miss rose Hi Tech Ladies Fitness Xentre (Gym)” located in ECR Puducherry (Opp. to Sri Sankara Vidhyalaya School, ECR). Per month fee is 1500 INR, hence inorder to reduce the amount, the Gym receptionist suggested to pay quarterly i.e 4000 INR for 3 months (Jul, Aug & Sep). I paid the amount and went to Gym till 21st July 2022. After that I was affected with DENGUE fever and couldn’t able to go to Gym. I discharged on 29th Jul 2022 and doctor suggested not to stress much physically. Hence I informed to the Gym owner that I’ll not continue Gym by stating the doctor advice and requested for remaining 2 months (Aug & Sep 2022) amount refund. But the Gym owner refused to refund. I tried hard to explain the situation but she is not ready to refund my balance amount 2500 INR.
