I have booked the airline ticket from travolook site but the ticket was kot booked due to technical reasons. The ref no is REF406784011 booking date 29 june 2021. The amount got debited from my card. Since 29june to 22 August, we have called to customer care 15 times but their answer is that it will take 6-10 working days which is never getting completed. This site is full fraud and their intention seems to be suspicious. Highly recommended not to use this site for any airlines booking.
