My Jio Number got ported to Airtel on 24th June 2020. On the same day, I recharged my Airtel number with Paytm UPI with a recharge amount of Rs. 1498 plan. I am assuming that the number was in the process of activation while I recharged it. The payment (Rs. 1498) was deducted from my account and Paytm showed Rs. 1498 paid for order to Bharti Airtel Limited. I waited for 2 days but the recharge wasn’t activated. On 26th June, I recharged my number with Rs. 1498 plan by transferring money to Airtel Wallet which was successful. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded for the unsuccessful recharge made on 24th June 2020.
