I placed an order for a rearview mirror on December 31, 2022, and they stated that it would arrive on January 10, 2023. I waited until January 29 and then canceled my order, but I have still not received my refund. I tried contacting their customer care numerous times, but they have never provided a satisfactory response or answered the phone.
