I booked Air ticket in Travolook from Bangalore to Delhi, on 16th July 2022. date of booking : 09.08.2022, Payment Id:UPI-219775758850 for Rs: 3,495/-. In this connection I received a phone call from your office, that my booking was cancelled due to technical error the amount will be refunded in within 24 hours When i Called again he told 7 to to 8 days you will get refund. But till this date that amount was not credited to my account. Whenever I’m calling customer care there saying next week next week you will get refund. Kindly look in to this.
