I have ordered for voltas 1.5 ton AC on August 5th and I have accidentally clicked on an attached product of warranty worth 2399/- and paid total 38,899/- through my debit card.
Later, I realised that the attached product is not of use and tru d to cancel the attached product on the very next day. But there is no option to cancel the attached product individually and so cancelled the entire product voltas ac… It displayed the message as ” amount will be refunded soon”. It’s already August 16th now…. But amount didn’t get credited till now…
To my surprise, after cancellation of product, delivery boy brought the product on August 8th and we refused doorstep…
Called customer care so many times… Every one are saying they I will get refund soon but didn’t get any till now.
And today the customer care said that it will take 8 more business days and electronic items cannot be cancelled and only exchanged…
Why should I wait for 8 more days from August 15th when I had cancelled the product on August 6th… Why are there many software errors in Flipkart software??? 38900/- is a large amount… Why is Flipkart taking alot of time for the amount refund????
