I recharge amount of 719 on 13th July 8.38pm. But at the same time i also lost another 719 rs from my account. Bank statement tells it is also credited to jio city bankbank and only one recharge is success. Jio customer care tell me the amount is refund with in 23 july, but it is not received yet. I have bank reference id of both transaction and only one recharge is success.
