Text of Complaint by Ritesh Mishra:

I have done my rbl emi payment(card ending with 5994 of Rs.6617) through CRED application on 1st and 4th april both the time amount got deducted from my IDFC and KOTAK bank UPI but still not received by rbl bank nor refunded to any of my account

I am following up with rbl and cred from last 20 days but still no resolution found

In both the cases EMI amount got deducted from account and i have received confirmation as well that your transaction was successful, statement was also share to both the respective banks

i want my money back on priority
