Ordered some items which were not dispatched after many days, emailed them, they replied promptly that items are not available I can cancel from my end which I did and it’s been weeks my amount has not been refunded. Didn’t see the no of complaints earlier otherwise would not have ordered. Have emailed the team twice but no response.
