I have booked a ticket from travolook of spicejet which got cancelled on 31st July and we asked for the refund..
The spicejet company told us they have refunded to travolook but they are not giving us back

I got a confirmation mail from spice Jet that they have refunded the amount to travolook on 31st July..
But the customer support is not agreeing with the fact and lying continuously..
