I had booked a car from Zoomcar for rent on 18th October. As per their policy, customer has to pay a security deposit (refundable). So I paid 2999 INR as the deposit and during my trip, also had refuled my car for 1000 INR (refundable). After the trip was completed, the app showed that 3999 INR will be refunded within 30 days which I haven’t received till date (more than 150 days).
I have also tried contacting their customer support but couldn’t connect to any as most of them were not reachable or unavailable.
