As I have recharged my jio no on 13/10/2018 for 399 plan but not got recharged even the amount deduct from my account. Same happen on 15/10/2018 again amount deduct. I have discussed this issue on jio customer care and lodged complaint but not get any response till date.
My service request no is SR00000RPA20 & SR00000RPARQ.
