On January 21, 2019 I have purchased a product through online shopping in apollo pharmacy and paid through paytm. The amount was not paid to apollo pharmacy but it was deducted from my bank account. while enquiring in apollo pharmacy customer care, they said that the status showed ‘Pending payment’ until now. The payment was not successful and the amount was not refund.
