Dear sir/madam,
On 30th May I have relocated my flat within bangalore, and before relocating I have confirmed eith tata play customer care executive that relocation will be done with amount of 590 rs in wallet which I put on same day. After shifting to my new house , customers care executive said that they dint have their service in this area, I told them your service is already running on 2nd floor of this building and you have to do relocation on 3rd floor. But they didn’t agreed to relocate, as I m doing work from home so my office work hampered a lot. Finally I asked them for solutions as I had recharge of 6 months as well with 590 in wallet, they told to close this connection and after router collection you will get your amount within 7 days. So I did so . Closed the old connection and taken new tata play connection on different number. Router has been collected on 6th June and yet u have not got my amount, on calling with customer care they always say this week you will get but it’s not happening since 3 week,
Also I am not able to understand they were not able to relocate and given me new connection on same building. There many gaps in your services , can you please help me to get my money back. I have shared my account details also many times.
