Issue 1- I had closed my Airtel internet connection on 24th January 2022 and there was an advance amount of Rs 1811 which their customer care said we will get in 45 days. but till date even after some many follow ups in mails and calls my amount has not been refunded. in mails from last . months they always say amount will be credited to my account in 10bdays but it has not happened after 60 days from their promised date in mail
Issue -2 Moreover they claim that in Advance rental plan if connection is disconnected then remaining amount will not be given
