Hi amount of 5000 inr not deposited, I sent bank statement, money debited details, and also video recording proof, money was clearly debited my account, it was not credited back, I have sent all the valid proof, but they asking bank confirmation letter, y the bank confirmation letter required? It was clearly showed in statement, money debited, was not reversed, just check the statement for proof, y all the bank confirmation letter, it is noncence
