I have deposited INR 2000 using their Bank Deposit option which routes me to scan a QR code with the name of Santu Meshram against UPI details “8962454680@axl”. I did that, and the amount has been debited from my bank account but is not credited to my Fair Play account.
Fairplay provided a number to connect over WhatsApp for any queries “92333 33333” I tried to communicate with them on WhatsApp however they didn’t respond there as well. Please look into this issue as I have just submitted INR 2000 and there are a lot of people who are suffering from such kind of scam across India. This app is legalised by the Indian Govt. then how can we have such kind of fraud from them?
