Hi,
Issue-1: Last year I made an annual recharge as they have promised to give one month free subscription. At the end they have not provided the month free subscription.
Issue-2: Last year I have suspended one of the set-top boxes (out of 3) for 99 days for which they should not deduct the amount but they deducted the amount and not crediting the back.
Issue-3: I made so many complaints but none of them are addressed and closing the tickets without resolving the issue.
