Respected Sir / Madam,
I made transaction to eazypay on 15/03/2021 for my exam fees but it wasn not credited in their account i enquired for the same to eazypay and they replayed that they didn’t received any payment made by me.
However we investigate the transaction that we made, we found that the amount has been transferred to your account for which verification we attached transaction slip here for your quick reference. So kindly refund the amount in our Union Bank account as it was transferred in a wrong account.
