Respected Sir / Madam,
We had paid Rs.4778.69 on 18/01/2021 through the Union Bank internet banking for loan closure No response received from their representative about loan clearance so I called them and they replayed that they didn’t received any payment mad by us.
However we investigate the transaction that we made, we found that the amount has been transferred to your account how we don’t know for which verification we attached transaction slip here for your quick reference. So kindly refund the amount in our Union Bank account
