He’s pure scam person. He changed his site name , before it was beroffer.in , now he changed to myluckybet.com. Yes he asks comission after winning. In site itself he setup like this. No winning site asks for comission for withdraw. Beware of this fraud. I paid all the commission. And the site got blocked in a week. Lost nearly 90k. Now he starts cheating again with new names in site
