Talkcharge as recharge app – Money loaded in the wallet for recharge purpose. Tried to recharge through this app, transaction failed but amount got deducted. Not able to recharge and utilities. Amount got locked in the talkcharge wallet. Need amount as reversal Rs.1,99,000
