Dear Sir/mam
This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 400/- at 11-09-2023 of card no – 42361494 under order no. 918548729994487809 which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received cashback regarding my recharge .
I will thankful for listening my complaint and Please resolve it as soon as possible

Hi, has your problem solved ? Same has happened with me,. Can you tell me how was your prblem solved? I didn’t even get failed receipt by the metro customer care person. Please help.
