i have recharged the amount Rs 449/- on 28 Dec 2019 thru airtel app. the amount is deducted from my bank but it is not recharged till now.

I have submitted the email copy of transaction from my bank and two months jan2020 & feb 2020) bank statement in Airtelstore 2 times (green lands branch–mailid ownretailap.ameerpetmis@airtel.com).

The airtelstore executive is ignoring me to refund the amount or recharge the amount.
