Sir, I had deposited Rs 4539 in Quotex on 20th December. After that, quotex kept showing that transaction in processing for 48 hours. When those 48 hours were completed, it showed transaction failed. Then I messaged their support team and they said that we will deposit your amount in your account within 3 days. But it’s been 8 days but I still haven’t received my money back. When I messaged their support back, they said that we are busy with your work but till now they have not refunded my amount.
