Sir I have purchased one item symphony 30L Tower Air cooler of Rs 9699 from flipkart.. earlier a defective item was delivered for which i applied for replacement and the product was replaced but unfortunately again a product of different description was delivered to me..Feeling harassed by the conduct of company i applied for the refund of my amount. But company kept delaying the matter on the one or the other pretext. Feeling aggrieved i filed complaint bearing docket no.4527959 with the National consumer helpline but nothing fruitful came out. Lastly on 17/5/23 i again requested the flipkart agent to refund the amount and i was assured that my amount will be refunded but i was astound to know that my account has been blocked maliciously with the intention to cheat me…sir such kind of act and conduct on the part of company amount to unfair trade practise and serious dereliction in duties … Therefore sir i request that strict action may kindly be taken against the company and my amount of Rs.9699 be refunded and i may be compensated for harassment i have suffered as earlier as possible otherwise i shall be constrained to bring legal action action against the company flipkart
