On 15/08/2022 August the amount has been transferred to the another account of 19.000 to my friend account in paytm but the mobile number has been two different account am sharing the account details of the account holder which am sent him by wrongly and mistakely the account details is

I have transferred the amount of 19000 by mistakely and i already i have sent 2 mail to sbi bank Kolkata and Karnataka bank in suntikoppa kodagu and i have account in Karnataka bank in suntikoppa but they are not taking any risk if i went to bank the manager is saying that we can’t do anything i have sent the amount by paytm and his saying that u don’t get any money refund and don’t go behind it ..sir am saying that its my money i sent wrongly i know its my mistake buti went to ask the help from Karnataka bank manager but his not responding anything and its not a small amount to leave that money i know the value of the money and its hardly i have earned and i complaint for RBi also they also said with in 30 day’s u didn’t get any refund u have to sent the mail to consumers court so its my humble request for u sir please contact chak islampur kolkata branch manager and Refund the amount to my account please ?
