Text of Complaint by Shubam:

  • I have do a recharge for my father approx 4 hours ago the amount has been detected from my account but the airtel team don’t do the recharge in that number. Whenever i am trying to contact with customer care services the VR of airtel doesn’t provide any opition to contact with customer care. I need clarification will you refund my money so that i will do recharge again or you will do recharge from that amount.
