Text of Complaint by Vivid Fashions:

I have made an online payment of Rs. 5900/- to the account 6123250969 M/S IBIBOWEB PVTLTD INDIAN BANK MGT against Airtel bill from my account on 13/06/2022. The amount has been debited from my account but as it has not been credited to Airtel, due to which we are still having an overdue of the amount, also we are being charged late payment charges every month and they disconnect our connection which affects our business, this is a continuing issue between us and Airtel and yet we haven’t concluded with a solution, because the issue is not on either side and there is some problem in payment gate way. I made the payment, I found that my money was deducted but payment was not confirmed by them.
I made two payments on the same date back to back to the account 6123250969 M/S IBIBOWEB PVTLTD INDIAN BANK MGT. We have received a receipt for the payment of 588.82 and it has been updated on portal, Account No: 13795418. For the next payment of 5900 to the same account only we haven’t received receipt and the same has not been updated on the portal.
