Since 1 week, Technical glitch is going on in my paytm payment bank.I thought that Paytm does not make false promises so i transfered my amount to fixed depoist and now I am unable to redeem the amount from my that since last 1 week. 4 days ago I did a complaint against this glitch through chat and call as well on coustomer care. I am repeatedly requesting your technical team to work upon my issue as soon as possible. They asked me to wait for 2-3 working days. As i urgently need to reedeme the amount from fixed deposit. But i am unable to do so even after the end of the given period of time to me. Paytm claims to solve the issue in given period of time but as i see my issue has been not resolved yet. My amount has got stuck in paytm fixed deposit. I want my amount to get trnasfered in my bank account . No one is addressing my complaint and they are repeatedly delaying my concern. They have made false promises that issue will be resolved in 2-3 days but it’s been 12 daysand my issue is not resolved it. I want you to take strict action against it.
