Dear Sir/Madam,

On 5th October 2300 rupees got deducted from account. I checked my bank account statement and could see below details:

FI Txn @ CSP outlet
007150971320697549 AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN

I want the amount back, if needed i will provide the bank details, the amount got deducted automatically without me getting notified

I don’t know why amount is deducted from my account. Even i didn’t get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So i am complaining on this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
