Dear @Airtel team,

I have tried to recharge on 24.12.2018 of Rs 399 from my airtel app and done payment through uco bank debit card. The amount has been debited from that account immediately but the recharge was not done . I have again done one monthly  transaction of Rs 169 and then found that the amount got credited in my airtel money. I got my assured and thought I will use it on my next recharge. I am amazed to see that the balance in my airtel wallet is showing as zero. Plaese refund the same asap as I have to recharge the same. I am from service industry itself and hope my issues are resolved asap.
