I am writing on behalf of my wife, who transferred the money using google pay but transaction got failed and the amount was debited on 23rd of February 2022. She has yet to receive the refund.
Despite calling google pay customer care team, I have yet to receive satisfactory answers. They keep repeating that SBI server issues will be resolved shortly and that money will be transferred as soon as possible.
Imagine being in my position and being able to grasp how hard it is for me to get my money.
Take the example of those who earn 10k a month and are stuck with their money because they use Google pay. Everybody relies on money to survive.
I need my money back with 36% annual interest for keeping my money, for mental harassment and for wasting my time.
