My mall amount has been freezed for more than 8 months, and if contact any amazon employee they are asking money to unfreeze the amount for withdraw. But till now I am not able to clear my amount. Due to this I lost huge amount & my brother and there family is in worst situation. So, please help in this matter as urgent basis ASAP.
